We do not verify the accuracy of what third parties publish, and inclusion of an item on the Platform is not an endorsement of it or of any view it expresses. Media monitoring is not exhaustive: coverage depends on what sources publish, what they make accessible, and how search terms are configured, and items may be missed, duplicated or mis-classified.
3. Automated and AI-assisted analysis
Sentiment scores, summaries, issue narratives, recommendations and similar outputs are produced with automated and AI-assisted methods. They are estimates and may contain errors or omissions. They must be reviewed by a competent person before being relied upon, and must not be presented as verified fact.

Subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law, Social Light does not accept liability for loss or damage arising from inappropriate, unlawful or negligent use of information or content obtained through the Platform, including its use to harass, defame or discriminate against any person, its use in breach of a third party's rights, or its use without the verification a reasonable person would carry out. Responsibility for such use rests with the person who made it.
7. Limits of this disclaimer
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or limits liability for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights conferred by the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable Botswana legislation.
